5. No Recent AusAID Scholarship:

Applicants must not have held an AusAID scholarship in the last two years prior to commencing the IPRS program.

6. No Overlapping Scholarship

Students should not be receiving any other scholarship that covers tuition fees and is substantially funded by the Australian Government.
